Monisola Adeola Alli was born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria on May 28, 1988, to loving parents. From an early age, Monisola demonstrated a deep faith in Christ and a heart for service, showing extraordinary compassion and a calling to help others.
She pursued her nursing education with dedication and passion, viewing healthcare not merely as a profession but as a divine calling. Her colleagues remember her as someone who brought light into the darkest moments of patient care, treating each person with the dignity and love of Christ.
Beyond her professional achievements, Monisola was deeply rooted in her church community, where she served as a Worship Leader, using her gift of praise to usher others into the presence of God. Her powerful voice and anointed worship led many into deeper encounters with the Lord. Her faith was not just something she professed, but something she lived out daily through acts of kindness and service.
She was a devoted wife and mother, cherishing her family with a passion to raise Godly children and create a home filled with love, laughter, and faith.
Monisola worked as a Senior Staff Nurse at St. Andrew's Healthcare Hospital , where she became a respected leader and mentor. Her approach to nursing was holistic, addressing not just the physical needs of patients but their emotional well-being as well.
Throughout her career, she was recognized for her exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and ability to remain calm and compassionate in the most challenging situations. Many patients and their families spoke of how Monisola's presence brought them comfort and hope during their most difficult moments.
Her leadership style was characterized by humility and encouragement. Her legacy in the nursing profession will continue through the many lives she touched and the professionals she inspired.
On March 1, 2026, Monisola was called home to be with her Lord and Saviour. While her passing left a void in the hearts of all who knew her, her life stands as a testament to what it means to live with purpose, faith, and unwavering love for others.
She is survived by family members, and a vast community of friends, colleagues, church family, and patients whose lives were forever changed by her presence.
